What inspires me

Having invested in over 100 projects, I realized that Web3 is alarmingly lacking in transparency. Of course, the decentralized nature of blockchain technology should be respected and a certain amount of lacking in this department is to be expected. That being said, I feel that Web3 truly needs to step up as a community and provide a higher level of transparency, ethics and morals. For this reason, LaunchWell Productions will always make a contract with you, which you can sign with your name or with the name of your project (I respect your wish to remain anonymous), as well as give you an invoice with my company ID. This ethos is also one the driving forces behind my Web3 Soft Skills Solutions package.

Empathy and good communication
While I understand the reasons behind it, it is unfortunate that scammers have caused Web3 investors to respond with widespread fear, uncertainty, and doubt towards almost everything teams do (or do not do). Furthermore, team members and moderators are increasingly subject to aggression, leading to a cycle of fear and aggression within crypto communities. At LaunchWell Productions, I aim to address this issue through my Web3 Soft Skills Solutions package, as well as by encouraging my other clients to include transparency and trust-building sections in their materials.
