All guarantees below are contingent upon the client providing me with accurate and detailed information about their project’s needs, goals, and current situation, as well as any other requested information, such as hex codes for fonts and transparent PNG images when applicable. I understand that my clients have lives outside of work and that there may be delays in their responses due to real-life issues. Similarly, I hope that my clients extend this understanding to me as well, enabling smooth and empathic collaboration between us.
My guarantees
Quality of work guaranteed
I guarantee that my work will be of high quality and will be completed according to the agreed-upon specifications. Should something be remiss, I will do my utmost to rectify the situation, within limits of reason.
The exception
If the client provides incomplete or inaccurate information, or changes the scope of the project after work has begun, I cannot guarantee the quality of the final product within the allotted timelines and may be forced to request for further funding. However, should further funding be given and the allotted time increased, my guarantee will be in place.
Timelines guaranteed
I guarantee that we will complete the project within the agreed-upon timeline or communicate any changes as soon as possible.
The exception
If the delay is caused by circumstances outside of my control, such as a natural disaster or client-caused delay, I cannot guarantee timelines.
Great communication guaranteed
I guarantee open and frequent communication throughout the project, including timely responses to client inquiries. I also provide my clients with clear questionnaires or other ways of inquiring about their project to maximize efficiency and ensure the best quality of work.
The exception
If the client fails to communicate effectively with me or does not provide necessary feedback and/or requested materials in a timely manner, I cannot guarantee the quality of the final product or the timeliness of the project. I may also not be able to communicate immediately due to timezone differences, illnesses and other unforeseen circumstances.
Rectifying mistakes guaranteed
I guarantee to promptly address and rectify any mistakes or issues with my services to ensure client satisfaction. This guarantee is in place from the beginning of our work all the way to the final revision. Changes requested after final revision, once the work requested is finalized, may be subject to further costs.
The exception
If the mistake or issue is a result of the client's actions or decisions, I cannot guarantee to fully rectify the situation, though I will naturally attempt my best to do so. Additionally, I cannot guarantee satisfaction if the client requests changes or modifications to the project beyond the scope of the original agreement.
