Agreement and Contract Creation
Once we've established a shared understanding of your project, goals, and requirements, we'll move forward by formalizing our partnership through a contract, which can be signed with your Telegram name and the name of your project, if you do not wish to reveal your own identity. This step ensures clarity and transparency in our working relationship. The agreement will outline the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and financial terms, providing a solid foundation for our collaboration. My aim is to create a comprehensive agreement that protects both parties' interests and sets the stage for successful cooperation. The contract will include my official Finnish company ID: 2630250-9 to ensure legitimacy.
Questionnaire and Information Gathering
To ensure a thorough understanding of your project and capture essential information, I will provide you with a questionnaire. This questionnaire will cover crucial aspects such as your project's background, target audience, unique selling points, desired outcomes and branding information, such as the hex colours used on your website, the desired tone, availability of pre-made images and much more. By gathering these key details, I can produce material that effectively communicates your vision and resonates with your intended audience. Your inputs are invaluable in shaping the direction and content of my work.
Ongoing Collaboration
Throughout the creation process, I emphasize open communication and ongoing collaboration. I will schedule regular discussions to share progress updates, address any queries or concerns, and seek your input. This collaborative approach ensures that what I'm doing aligns with your vision and meets your expectations. I welcome your feedback and encourage active participation in refining the content, structure, and overall direction of my work. Together, we can iterate and fine-tune until we achieve the desired outcome.
Draft review (when applicable)
Once the initial draft of the content is ready, I will provide you with a watermarked version for review. This allows you to thoroughly examine the content, style, and organization. I encourage you to provide detailed feedback and suggestions for improvements. Your input is crucial in shaping the final version of the white paper, ensuring that it accurately reflects your messaging and goals. I value your perspective and aim to incorporate your feedback to deliver a high-quality white paper. Please note that at this stage, the focus is on fine-tuning the white paper, addressing minor adjustments, and refining the overall presentation. Any larger changes, such as adding new pages, changing the layout, or implementing significant revisions, will be subject to additional costs. The specific pricing details for such changes will be outlined and clarified in our contract, ensuring transparency and aligning with the agreed-upon terms.
Billing, Payment and Delivery
As we near completion, we will finalize the project cost, the basis of which is the contract we made earlier and any other verbal or text-based agreements we might have made for extra work in Telegram or via Email, for example. I will provide you with a transparent breakdown of the agreed-upon fees and any additional costs incurred during the project. My billing process is straightforward and designed to ensure clarity and fairness. The payments will be done in crypto or fiat, as agreed upon in our contract.
Revisions and Additions
I understand that sometimes revisions or additions may be necessary even after the completion of the given assignment. Should you require any changes or wish to incorporate additional content, I am here to assist you. Please note that revisions or additions beyond the initially agreed-upon scope will incur an additional fee. I will provide you with a clear cost estimate based on the nature and extent of the requested changes. My aim is to accommodate your evolving needs at all times.
